Changelog
What's new in Kith, newest first. You're on beta v1.0.43.
1.0.43
- This changelog shows the latest releases first, with the rest behind "Show older releases".
1.0.42
- On phones, "What's new" is at the bottom of Settings.
- Settings on phones: a field with a Save button goes below its explanation instead of squeezing it to one word per line.
- Fewer "something went wrong" moments: the server no longer drops a connection the instant before it's reused, and a too-large upload gets a clear answer instead of a network error.
1.0.41
- Signing out works again. Kith reloaded too early and cut Clerk's sign-out short, so you stayed signed in.
- This changelog, linked from Settings, the command bar (⌘K → "What's new") and the start page.
1.0.40
- Notes no longer count as being in touch. Only calls, meetings, messages and emails move your keep-in-touch dates.
- Messages count once they're sent. After Kith opens WhatsApp, Messages or Mail, it asks "Did you send it?" when you're back.
- Merges can be undone for a week, from the toast or "Recently merged" in Merge & Fix. "Merge all" asks first.
- Home: Reach out right from the keep-in-touch list.
- New contacts can get a keep-in-touch rhythm straight away.
- Contact page: Message and Log interaction first, Archive and Delete under "…", and the last contact, what's due and the next reminder under the name.
- Clearer wording (Log interaction, Add note), stronger button contrast, bigger touch targets, and Kith asks before throwing away something you typed.
Show older releases
1.0.39
- Checked that nobody can open another account's contacts by guessing a link. They can't; this is now tested on every release.
1.0.38
- About 80 fixes from a full review of the app.
- "Today" is your own date: birthdays and due dates are no longer a day off around midnight.
- Subscribed calendars show your local times, keep their time across daylight saving and understand more repeat rules.
- The JSON export works again, removed photos no longer linger, and repeating reminders don't duplicate.
- Merged contacts keep their sync links and meetings; contact sync no longer mixes up people who share a phone number.
- Many smaller fixes to dialogs, lists, Undo, Settings and the Map on older iPhones.
1.0.37
- Live demo on the start page: try Kith with sample people, no sign-up needed.
1.0.36
- Instagram profile photos are found more reliably.
1.0.35
- Open tabs and the installed app pick up new versions by themselves.
- Tap a touchpoint's text to edit it.

- A public start page, and "Touchpoint" in the + menu.
- "Edit" in the toast reopens what you just entered.
- Dialogs scroll properly on every screen size.
1.0.21 – 1.0.29
- Connections map: see how the people in your life know each other.
- Select several contacts at once to archive, group or log a touchpoint together, with Undo.
